Q: I bought a battery from Battery depot by mail for my 6th gen my iPod. I thought I could install it. Nope... you have to know what you're doing!! Hoping you can do it for me! What are next steps? - thanks

We can install it, though we can't warranty a part we didn't supply. This page is the 7th Gen battery, so buy the iPod Classic 6th Gen battery service instead, send the battery with the iPod and note it in the order. We email a prepaid label after purchase.
